ABOUT THE PROJECT
Victoria Jewellers are a local landmark in Perth’s bustling Vic Park neighbourhood. The owners have been working hard for the last few years to transform the interior from a vintage relic to a sleek inviting boutique. And they needed something really special as the cherry on the cake.
So they commissioned me to create a statement mural as part of this full interior transformation. They’d fallen in love with one of the pieces in my portfolio and asked for a remix with the addition of gems and jewellery.
THE PROCESS
After exploring a range of colour directions together, we landed on a luminous orange-and-violet cloudscape. At its heart is an elegant figure, bathed in light, gazing into a glowing diamond and draped in gold chains.
The finished mural has completely reshaped the atmosphere of the store, turning it into an immersive, memorable space that immediately elevates the customer experience. It’s a real centrepiece, and was a total joy to create for these awesome clients.
