International Women’s Day, Street Art Take Over – Presuming Ed’s, Brighton

Myself and fellow street artists Mazcan and Iva Troj, did an all woman street art take over of the garden at Presuming Ed’s in Brighton, for International Women’s Day 2020.

We freshened up the space with some new murals, depicting some badass ladies. Here are some of the results. My piece on the right was inspired by the awesome female warriors from the Black Panther movie. MazCan’s piece on the left is a homage to actress and inventor Hedy Lamarr.

If you’ve not been to Presuming Ed’s, go check it out. It’s a charming and eclectic coffee house & bar on London Road in Brighton, with “Berlin squat bar” meets “Amsterdam coffee house” vibes. It’s the perfect place to loose yourself for the afternoon.
